  • As we operate on a POD model, your products are custom-made just for you after your order is confirmed.

  • The average delivery time for orders is 4-7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service, but we work with reputed courier companies to ensure timely delivery all across India.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping offers is available for the product priced above Rs. 200.

4. Delivery Partners:

  • We partner with trusted and reputable courier companies to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

5. Payment Options:

  • We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for your convenience.

  • Currently, we do offer international shipping only to the certain destination at a fixed Shipping Charges and delivery duration of 15-20 days.

RETURN POLICY

At Krazefan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Return Policy:

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, including personalized prints, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at krazefanenterprise@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Or Log into your account and under My Orders, you can place a return request.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • For returns due to reasons other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In case of returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds:

  • For orders placed via COD, refunds will be processed through bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details for the refund.

5. Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased during final sale or clearance events unless the product is defective or damaged.
